§ Mr. SpellarThe £100 million additional funding derived from the proceeds of the married quarters estate to Annington Homes Ltd. in 1996 was added to the Defence Programme at the time of the sale. This funding is ringfenced and on current expenditure plans is expected to have been fully utilised by FY 2002–03.
