§ Ms Estelle MorrisTables which the Government published on 24 June showed, in column 2, the percentage of each local education authority's Local Schools Budget being delegated to schools this year. Delegated funding in this context took into account that part of an authority's Standards Fund programme which they were devolving to schools. We expect authorities to exclude from their Local Schools Budget any grant-supported expenditure of a capital nature.
