§ Clare ShortWe are providing £500,000 this year to the International Committee of the Red Cross for their humanitarian assistance programme in Jammu and Kashmir and £60,000 to the Save the Children Fund. Under the Small Grants Scheme about £19,000 is being provided to help equip a maternity hospital in Anantnag.
