§ Lord Williams of MostynI regret the reply which I gave on 11 May to the noble Lord's earlier question on this subject (WA 99) contained an inaccuracy. The European Council has not given its approval to making available the agendas of meetings of the K4 Committee and consequently no such work is in progress. I apologise to the noble Lord for this inaccuracy.
