§ Mrs. RocheThere are no regulations restricting the availability of text telephones with large display screens in the UK. OFTEL is consulting on proposals for improving telecommunications services for people with disabilities and the Government will be consulting shortly on their proposals to implement the Amending Voice Telephony Directive, which covers the provision of services for disabled people.
