§ Mr. WorthingtonOn 27 February, I launched the Northern Ireland School Improvement Programme, which sets out the Government's plans to raise standards, including literacy and numeracy. This includes additional support staff, enhanced teacher training, target setting, best practice guidance, summer schemes and after-school clubs. A copy will be placed in the Library.
