The user testing did not identify errors within the instructional guidance contained in the new Calculator Tables. However, the revised tables (identified as May 1998 Issue 2) were issued by 16 May 1998 in time for the implementation of the Budget changes on the first pay day after 17 May 1998 in line with the original implementation date.
