§ Dawn PrimaroloIn an Inland Revenue Budget press release issued on 26 November 1996, comments were requested on a draft new form to replace the two eligibility forms in use for vocational training relief (VTR). The draft form was not welcomed by all training providers and, in the light of representations received, the Inland Revenue felt that they could not go ahead with the proposals as they stood.
