§ Mr. Doug HendersonThe Minister without Portfolio attended the Club of Three meeting in Munich in his Ministerial capacity, following an official visit to Bonn. The FCO provided him with background briefing for his official calls, and the Ambassador in Bonn accompanied him on these and to the Club of Three meeting, for which the Ambassador had a separate invitation.
