§ Ms Glenda JacksonThe Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 will repeal the London Cab Act 1973. The question of signage on private hire vehicles in London will be dealt with in regulations under section 30 of the 1998 Act. We shall consult before making regulations.
