Friend the Member for Stoke-on-Trent, North (Ms Walley) setting out our objectives at the forthcoming ministerial meeting of the OSPAR Commission. I and my officials are meeting various interested non-governmental organisations. I am placing in the Library copies of the paper which my right hon. Friend the Deputy Prime Minister has submitted to the OSPAR Commission and of 377W the papers submitted by the United Kingdom to the meeting of the Commission at official level and to the last three meetings of the official Heads of Delegation.
