§ Mr. MacdonaldUnder the IACS Schemes, £401.35m was paid out in the 1995 scheme year. £374.90m was paid out in the 1996 scheme year and £361.72m was paid out in the 1997 scheme year. A maximum of 2.71 per cent. of the 1997 scheme year payments remains to be paid subject to checking whether the claims are valid.
