§ Mrs. Roche[holding answer 20 January 1998]: Action 2000 is encouraging businesses in all sectors of the economy to decide quickly what steps they need to take to make their critical systems compliant, and will be taking a particular interest in the plans of businesses in key sectors. Action 2000 will aim to benchmark the existing level of compliance across all sectors of the economy and monitoring progress.
