§ Mr. BakerTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Security if she will list the properties and land owned by her Department which she has identified as surplus to requirements, giving in each case their estimated value. [30322]
§ Mr. Keith BradleyFinal decisions on surplus properties and land have been taken only on three Benefits Agency outlets: Bishopsgate House in Manchester and the Todmorden and Eccles offices. These were closed in March 1997 with services provided through alternative outlets. Information about the estimated value of surplus properties and land is commercially confidential and has therefore not been included.
