§ Mr. Chris Smith[holding answer 16 February 1998]: I have not yet had any bilateral discussions. However, they will take place as necessary in due course. I am a member of the DSWR Cabinet Committee which discusses devolution issues, and there is close liaison at official level on all relevant subjects.
