§ Mr. MichaelInvitations to attend the Blackburn seminar on the policing of football have been sent to a number of Scottish organisations and individuals, including the Scottish Office, the Association of Chief Police Officers (Scotland), the Scottish Football Association and the Scottish Federation of Football Supporters Clubs. I am pleased to say that all these organisations have agreed to send representatives.
