§ Mr. MorleyIn accordance with the terms of reference for the Government's Comprehensive Spending Review, the Department is reviewing all aspects of its expenditure and determining how best its programme can contribute to the Government's objectives, including in particular the aims of enhancing opportunity and fairness and promoting employment and investment for sustained economic growth.
