The Attorney-GeneralThe Serious Fraud Office has a team of staff dedicated to deal with all computer-related issues on all cases: for example the seizure and processing of material during an investigation as well as presentation of material at trial.
If the SFO were to require a particular expertise or technical resource that was not available internally then a competitive arrangement for selecting the provider on value for money criteria would be put into operation.
