§ Dr. HowellsThe data quoted by the Secretary of State on 16 March was derived from the 1991 Census and was published by the Office for National Statistics in the "New Parliamentary Constituency Monitor" series. These do not measure participation in higher education; these data show the proportion of people with higher education qualifications in each constituency.
