§ Mr. ChisholmAfter devolution, the functions of the Secretaries of State for Scotland and Wales, in relation to forestry, will be transferred to the Scottish Executive and the Welsh Assembly respectively. The Commission will, however, continue to be the Government Department with responsibility for forestry throughout Britain.
