To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security how many people aged(a) 16 to 17 years and (b) 18 to 24 years have been disqualified from benefit due to the rule forbidding more than 16 hours study in each of the last three years in (i) Scotland, (ii) Wales, (iii) England and (iv) each English region.
