§ Mr. Stuart BellConsultations with individual parishes are a matter for dioceses. The Commissioners have been consulting closely with Diocesan Boards of Finance about transitional assistance, which the Commissioners will provide so that the cost of pension contributions can be absorbed by dioceses and parishes over a manageable period.
