§ Clare ShortStaff of Asian and Afro-Caribbean origin are not currently represented in posts formerly classified as grades 1 to 4. In posts formerly classified as grade 5, the Department employs one member of staff of Asian origin, representing 2.3 per cent. of such posts, and one member of staff of Afro-Caribbean origin, 2.3 per cent. We aim to do better.
