§ Mr. Jonathan EvansThere are currently 887 children with assisted places, more than 2,100 pupils have benefited since 1981. Examination results of assisted place pupils have been consistently high. In 1995, there was a 95 per cent. grade A to C pass rate at GCSE and a 68 per cent. grade A to C pass rate at A-level.
