§ Sir Paul BeresfordA public inquiry has been held into the appeal by UK Nirex against Cumbria county council's refusal of planning permission for a rock characterisation facility at Longland's farm, near Sellafield. My right hon. Friend the Secretary of State will announce his decision as soon as practicable. Neither I nor my right hon. Friend is aware of any planning proposals for a rock characterisation at Dounreay.
