§ Mr. GummerMy Department issued on 30 December a consultation paper entitled "Five Years On From Rio: Special Session of the UN General Assembly: UK Position Paper". This was sent to a wide range of bodies, including those from industry, environmental and other non-governmental organisations. A copy of the paper was placed in the Library. I will consider the need for further steps in the light of comments received.
