§ Mrs. EwingTo ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, pursuant to his answer of 10 December 1997,Official Report, column 559, if he will commission research to establish (a) the number of jobs in the United Kingdom directly related to the duty free sector and (b) the value of United Kingdom spirit sales in the duty free sector in (i) the United Kingdom and (ii) the rest of the EU.
