§ Mr. HainFollowing my decision earlier this year to expand the scope of the Transport Grant Scheme to cover integrated transport packages, I expect local authorities' plans for public transport to feature increasingly in the regular discussions of Transport Grant issues which take place between authorities and the Welsh Office.
