asked Her Majesty's Government:

Further to Lord Lucas's Written Answer of 12th November (WA 95), whether they will in due course publish in the Official Report any reply they receive from the European Commission on the subsidisation of the tobacco industry in other member states of the European Union.

Two prisoners who were categorised B at the time of their escape remain at large. The details are given in the table.
