To ask the Secretary of State for Wales if he will examine the reasons for the interruption to electricity supplies in Wales during the recent severely cold weather; and if he will make a statement about the adequacy of the electricity supply network in Wales and of the quality of maintenance and frequency of replacement of parts of that network.
