To ask the President of the Board of Trade how many complaints of(a) victimisation, (b) unfairness and (c) discrimination have been made in respect of Companies House in each of the last two years; how many have gone to (a) appeal and (b) tribunal; how many have been settled; and in each case what was the cost involved. The table summaries formal complaints made during the last two years (to July 1996) at Companies House.
