§ Mr. WillettsSignificant Command Papers are made available simultaneously in HMSO's regional bookshops whenever production timetables and security considerations allow; arrangements are also made for local availability when titles are likely to have particular relevance in any specific area. The timetables for Bill production usually preclude release outside London on the day of publication but, during recent months, HMSO has transmitted the text of selected Government Bills for local printing and same-day publication in Edinburgh. The results of this initiative are being evaluated.
