To ask the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food what was the total expenditure by the Forestry Commission on the Isle of Wight in 1994–95 broken down by category. [16778]

The Forestry Commission spent some £29,000 on grants to woodland owners and £130,000 on managing its own woodlands.
