§ Mr. GapesTo ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) how many children have been(a) placed in the care of local authorities, (b) placed in the care of the other parent and (c) cared for by a step parent or partner 603W following the imprisonment of a parent with care in each year since 1991 as a result of contempt of court for non-compliance with a court order under section 8 of the Children Act 1989; [14849]
(2) how many incidents resulting in injuries to children (a) prior to, (b) during and (c) after contact between parents and children occurred involving individuals whose children were subject to contact orders made under section 8 of the Children Act 1989 in each year since 1991. [14847]
