§ Mr. RichardsActivity to combat drug misuse in Wales is undertaken by a variety of organisations, from both the statutory and voluntary sectors. Many of these are funded wholly or partly by the Welsh Office. It is not possible to identify separately either the amounts of expenditure or the activity which is specifically targeted at juvenile drug misuse. The new Welsh drug and alcohol strategy, which will be published soon, set out a comprehensive framework for tackling drug and alcohol misuse.
