§ Mr. NorrisLondon boroughs have powers to make orders to regulate traffic, including buses, on roads for which they are the highway authority. The siting of stops is a matter for London Transport and either the appropriate borough in the case of local roads, or the Traffic Director for London in the case of stops on the red route network—which includes all trunk roads.
