§ Mr. Gapes
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if the agenda of the forthcoming Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting includes(a) reform of UN institutions, (b) good governance and (c) steps to reduce international debt. [40026]

§ Mr. Hanley
The Commonwealth Secretary-General, after consulting Heads of Commonwealth Governments earlier in the year, has proposed that each of these subjects be discussed at the Heads of Government meeting in New Zealand in November.
