§ Mr. KynochSince the introduction of regional selective assistance under the Industry Act 1972, Tate and Lyle plc, through Tate and Lyle Industries Ltd., has received a total of £600,000 in regional selective assistance in respect of its cane sugar refinery in Greenock, the latest payment being made in 1988.
