§ Mr. BaldryEC finance regulations place an obligation on all member states to recover sums of money lost as a result of irregularities or negligence. The Government take their responsibilities very seriously and every effort is made to effect recovery from CAP beneficiaries where it is established that they are in receipt of money to which they were not entitled.
