§ Mr. BaldryThe Agriculture Council meeting scheduled for 13 and 14 November did not take place. It has been re-scheduled for 29 and 30 November. My right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food will report to the House on its outcome in the usual way.
