To ask the Secretary of State for Defence (1) if a figure has been agreed with the receivers of Swan Hunter shipyard in respect of claims made against his Department for additional costs arising from work on the auxiliary order replenishment vessel—AOR2; [42255]

(2) if a claim has been made by his Department against the receivers of Swan Hunter shipyard in respect of additional costs arising from the contract for three type 23 frigates; when potential liability first arose; and what additional costs arose directly from the company being in receivership. [42256]
