To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department if he will list the current payments which are being made to each member of the Law Commission; if he will list for each member additional sums which they receive from the public purse for other services, including service as judges; and what additional sums are derived from private work. The salaries paid to each of the members of the Law Commission are as set out in the answer to parliamentary question No. 42111. Other public services undertaken by members are set out in the table, together with the fees payable, were these to be claimed. Sums derived from private work, if any, are a matter for the individuals concerned.
