§ Dr. Mawhinney[holding answer 22 May 1995]: On (a), majority shareholdings are currently held in the following five companies: Railtrack Group PLC, Union Railways Ltd, European Passenger Services Ltd, National 569W Bus Company Pension Trustees Ltd and National Bus Nominees Ltd.
On (b), a majority shareholding was held in the Red Sea Lights Company, prior to the company being wound up in 1991.
