§ Mr. RedwoodAs a result of my Department and its agency's competing for quality programmes the following services have been contracted out: 1993–94 building maintenance management; 1994–95 staff training; 1995–96 to date, architects and surveyors services and careers service in Wales. Contracting out of further work in 1995–96 is dependent on the outcome of current market testing exercises.
