HC Deb 15 May 1995 vol 260 c3W
41. Mr. Mudie

To ask the Parliamentary Secretary, Lord Chancellor's Department what notice is normally given by his Department-to prisoners of the listing of their appeal. [22509]

Mr. John M. Taylor

In the Crown court, a minimum of 10 days' notice is usually given to prisoners; in the Criminal Appeal Office, the notice given is normally 10 days but can, on occasions, be less.
