Pursuant to the Written Answer by Viscount Goschen on 29th November 1994 (WA 34), whether the findings of the London congestion charging study will be published before the Summer Recess.

The Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State, Department of Transport (Viscount Goschen):

The Government intend to publish the findings of the London congestion charging research programme during the summer, but as yet no specific date has been fixed for publication.
