To ask the President of the Board of Trade how many households had their(a) electricity, (b) gas or (c) telephone disconnected as a result of non-payment of bills in (i) York, (ii) North Yorkshire, (iii) Yorkshire and Humberside and (iv) England in each since 1979. [31587]
