Friend is considering what proposals might be brought forward to improve the arrangements for legal aid in Scotland, in724W the light of the policy and financial management review of the Legal Aid Board which has recently been completed. I am also taking account of the proposals of my noble and learned Friend the Lord Chancellor to improve the system in England and Wales.
