§ Mr. LangIt is estimated that the additional rates income due to changes in unoccupied property relief will be £23.5 million in 1995–96. This was taken fully into account in determining the level of unified business rate for 1995–96, so there is no additional burden on business ratepayers in aggregate as a result of this measure.
