§ Mr. Redwood[holding answer 15 June 19951: A number of public service events have been timed to coincide with the fourth anniversary of the charter programme, including the publication of NHS performance tables. In Wales there will be no significant staff or cost implications, apart from the work on NHS performance tables which would have taken place anyway.
